Mac's Backs-Books on Coventry has three floors of new and used books & magazines. Mac's sponsors readings, author events, book clubs, workshops and performances. Our poetry reading series  on the 2nd Wednesday each month has been ongoing since 1984, one of the longest reading series in the country. We also offer free community meeting space for groups and organizations. Mac's Backs is a book exchange--we trade for used books and give credit  towards other used books. 

We have a large selection of classics, mysteries, science fiction, contemporary fiction, poetry, non-fiction, small press and local titles. If we don't have it we can order it and most orders can be picked up in a few days. You can also order 24 hours online at www.macsbacks.com.
